Brendoncare Stildon in East Grinstead will be opening its doors to welcome visitors to its care home on Friday 28 June 2019, from 4pm-6pm.
The National Care Home Open Day is an annual event and this year’s theme is all about ‘Celebrating Art in Care’. The idea behind the day is to encourage local people to visit care homes in the community, to give them an insight into the role of care homes. Brendoncare Stildon is supporting the day and is inviting the local community to see for themselves what care homes are about.
Brendoncare Stildon’s programme of activities will include a visiting entertainer during the afternoon. A buffet, Prosecco and strawberries will also be served.
Brendoncare Stildon’s General Manager, Annie Burisky, said “We are really looking forward to welcoming friends, families and the local community to our home. We would like people to come and have a look around, meet the staff and our residents, and also join in the fun.”
