Couch to 5K in 10 Weeks

 

Maybe you are new to running, haven’t run for a while or just fancy a challenge? If you are not ready to take the plunge at our local parkrun as a starting point, there is another alternative to help you get going.

Why not join us on Monday evenings at the Clock Tower, St Piers Lane, Lingfield at 7:30pm. You will have the chance to run in a safe environment, accompanied by friendly experienced runners, with an easy to follow training plan, specifically aimed at new runners. This is a no pressure, fun training program.

The cost of the ten week course is just £20, which includes a year’s membership to the club, with continued support to help you keep on running.
