Starting Thursday September 12th 3.30pm to 4.30pm
Weekly yoga classes are suitable for anyone with reduced mobility and can be practiced sitting in a chair or wheelchair. Those with greater mobility can stand using their chair as a prop for some of he exercises.
The Jubilee Centre has full access for disabled people and you’re welcome to bring a family member, or carer, to join the class for free!
Classes are £7.00 and from September 12th until November 28th and you do not have to attend every session.
